Drops of colours above our head. Rainbow ideas waving into the sky. Colourful umbrellas shadowing   the sun bathed street in July. Yes, it was happening along The Eminescu Street (the former Royal Street). Of course, the idea is not new in the world. Its origin is in Agueda, Portugal (2011). Usually that’s a cheap urban art idea to decorate an alley or a passage when festivals and different cultural events are happening. Jolly umbrellas on the top of a passage are also in Timisoara, Bucharest, Bratislava, London and so on…Just enjoyable.
